While last night was fun, I am happy to see that most of the blogging world has not lost their minds and just about everyone IS saying that now he has to do the actual job. Talk is great, and the 100,000 people rallies were great, but other then being the first African American president (which is wonderful), he has done nothing as “the president”. He has to actually do the job and accomplish something now before I will put him next to any other great president of the past.
This day and last night will pass and now he has to actually DO something in the next four year. I am hopeful he will BUT he still has to actually make the change that has been over talked about.
Remember people - It is just another day today. The day after yesterday. I hope everyone can see that, regardless of the election yesterday. We are no better off yet. like I said I AM HOPEFUL that he will be able to accomplish something, but we will see.
Enjoy the day today, but keep it in perspective. All it is is another 24 hours. I voted for Obama so now he better produce for me/us. We can not forget that in the short term bliss.
